What we collect

• Request form: the treatment, city, country, timing and message you type, your email if you choose to give it, the page you sent it from, and the time. We ask you not to include medical records or ID numbers.
• Tools: the visa-free checker and cost calculator run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us.
• Server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

Form requests are used to decide which hospitals, cities, prices and guides to research and publish next. If you gave an email, we may write to you once when we publish something that matches your request. We do not sell or share your request with hospitals, agencies or advertisers.

Storage and deletion

Requests are stored with our hosting provider. To have your request deleted, send a new request through the form with the word "Delete" and the email you used.
